I eat at Mi Casita once a week. I've sampled around on their menu. Then I tried their Chilaquiles. Their Chilaquiles are the best I've had outside of Mexico. A friend asked me how I would compare their Chilaquiles to the ones at Kerbey Lane. I told him they aren't even playing in the same league. It's like Mi Casita Chilaquiles are the Golden State Warriors and Kerbey's are just some random high school team. Seriously. Check these people out. You'll thank me later.
